Fluid and fasanating.
wow i really didn't expect this from clock day. there is many fantastic flashes today but this one really stands out
your style, ilustrations and storytelling remind me of Roald Dahl. Its lighthearted yet sinister look on life is refreshing.
Have you seen much of Quentin blakes illustrations? The similaritys are uncanny.
And as many people said the soundtrack just seemed to fit exacly into the mood of the flash. That sir is talent.
awkard and dissapointing
i have to agree with some people giving 1/10 or even 0/10 that this was little more than loadsa stamper wannabe's trying to do cock jokes and failing misarbly.
the animation and sound overall was fairly high standard (not that difficult if you have mindchamber) but this is like been forcefed humour out of a tube (or a cock)
a while back there was a transformer collab which indeed had kinda shit animation but i feel had much better humour than this. majority of jokes had nothing to do with mgs at all, but to those who acually did a bit of research and used it in their flash. theres a difference in comedy and parody and this flash should of been a parody
finally i feel this is flash is setting a bad example for other humour to come.
long gone are the MGS awesome days... where egorapter actually played the game..
i hope that disc 2 isnt half a dissapoining

ok so it was pretty shitty.
and ok there was not much to satisfy your average newgrounder.
but front page doesnt mean it is important flash. or good for any of that matter. Tom Front paged it because you can see great potential as an flash artist.
your skill has greatly increased from other flashed and thats enough to be recognised.

Glitchy to be expected
i havent fully completed the game so dont bad mouth me over anything.
its a fantastic prequil to the game and im glad youve released it. however rather than going through all the bad points here are some good ones:
*ive noticed your artistic skills increased dramaticly. im impressed.
*the unarmed part a good idea and adds fluid gameplay.
*large maps are interesting and are an fresh new look into the game, an escape from FU 2.
however there are a few glitches and bad points needed to be sorted out:
*when wall riding you fall through walls... common error
*random talking and then every seems to be dead. something that i'd dream about lol
*the chuck norris of all blocks: when an enemy blocks you with the pissed wasp kick you seem to going flying to the other side of the map
*and just really the slowness of reactions. i didnt like the way you couldnt use your sword in the air like FU1. that gave me a major advantage. maybe there is an upgrade that do it i dont know.
overall better than the first but needs work with glitches. i'd like to see it when beta is finished. (oh one more thing: how the hell do you grab enemys weopons!?)
